The nearest airport is Bagdogra Airport, located about 70 kilometers from Darjeeling. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or take a shared cab to reach Green Pastures Homestay in Ghoom, Darjeeling. The journey takes approximately 3 hours.

By Train:

The nearest major railway station is New Jalpaiguri (NJP), around 60 kilometers from Darjeeling. From NJP, you can take a taxi or a shared cab to Ghoom. Alternatively, you can experience the heritage Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (Toy Train) from NJP to Ghoom Railway Station, which is just 2 kilometers from Green Pastures Homestay.

By Road:

Darjeeling is well-connected by road. You can drive or hire a taxi from nearby cities like Siliguri (about 62 kilometers away) or from the Bagdogra Airport and NJP Railway Station. State and private buses also operate regularly from these locations to Darjeeling. Once you reach Darjeeling, Ghoom is just 8 kilometers away. Green Pastures Homestay is conveniently located near Batasia Loop, making it easily accessible by local transport.

Local Transport:

From Darjeeling town, you can hire a taxi or take a shared jeep to Ghoom. Green Pastures Homestay is located near the Batasia Loop, a well-known landmark, making it easy to find.

1. Reservations and Payments

   • A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

   • Full payment is required upon check-in.

2. Check-in and Check-out

   • Check-in time: 12:00 PM.

   • Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

3. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

   • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date will incur a charge of one night's stay.

4. Room Rates

   • Rates are subject to change without notice.

   • Rates are inclusive of breakfast and applicable taxes.

5. Guest Behavior

   • Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests.

   • Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest's account.

6. Pets

   • Pets are not allowed at the homestay.

   • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.
